RMRSCO Private Limited is the name behind Rudn Enclave, a mega housing community near Rawalpindi that spans 10,000 Kanal. It is close to Adiala Road, which is adjacent to Bahria Town Phase-8, the M2 Motorway, the N-5 National Highway, the Chakri & Thalian Interchange, the CPEC new industrial, commercial zone, and the newly proposed Rawalpindi Ring Road. The NOC for this housing project is currently under process by the Rawalpindi Development Authority.
Rudn Enclave has become a popular investment option in Rawalpindi following the alignment and the construction of the Rawalpindi Ring Road. Since the majority of plots in previous blocks are already sold out, this new block will have higher prices and more exciting features.
This block’s development standards and planning will most notably meet modern development norms. Rudn Enclave’s executive block is located on Adiala Road, right next to the housing scheme’s third entrance. The land area in this block is clear, sturdy, and raised, making it suitable for residential construction. The housing scheme had assigned 3000 residential plots in this location to the Railroad Division. However, those plots have since been relocated, and the property is now under the Executive District.
This block has both commercial and residential plots available for investments. These plots are available with easy payment plans. The payment plans for plots in this block are discussed below.
The 7 Marla residential plots are also available with a total cost of 19,800,000/- PKR and a 20% booking cost of 3,960,000/- PKR at Rudn Enclave Executive Block. Residential plots of 10 Marla in this block are available for a total cost of 2,600,000/- PKR, with a 20% booking cost of 5,210,400/- PKR. This plot is also available with a payment plan of 4 years. The buyer will have to submit 48 easy installments with this payment plan, each costing 38,000/- PKR per monthly installment. At the time of ownership, a 10% deposit of 2,610,000/- PKR must be paid to claim the property.
Bigger residential plots of 1 Kanal are also available for investment in this block. The total cost of a 1 Kanal residential plot is 43,450,000/- PKR. This plot is available for purchase with a 20% down payment of 8,690,000/- PKR and a 4-year installment plan. This monthly payment plan spans over 48 installments, with each installment costing 64,000/- PKR. Lastly, at the time of possession, the owner must pay a 10% deposit of 4,350,000/- PKR to claim ownership of the plot.
Commercial plots of 4 Marla are available in this block for a total cost of 48,000,000/- PKR. Investors can avail these plots with a 20% down payment of 9,600,000/- PKR. The four-year installment payment plan is also applicable to commercial properties. These installments will include 48 monthly installments of 70,000/- PKR. To claim ownership, investors need to pay a deposit of the remaining 10%,4,800,000/- PKR at the time of possession.
The 8 Marla commercial plots in this block cost 84,000,000/- PKR with a 20% booking price of 16,800,000/- PKR. 8 Marla commercial plots are available with 48 easy monthly installments of 1,230,000/- PKR per month. At the time of possession, a 10% deposit of 8,400,000/-PKR.
